Porsche Design Tower – Car Elevator

Porsche are currently taking their first steps in to real estate and one of their design ideas is set to leave a big impression.

A car elevator will take residents and their automobiles to and from their apartments within the planned Porsche Design Tower, Miami.

The cars will remain in the apartments as a feature until they are required again.

Residents will remain in their car for the duration of the elevator journey of between 45-90 seconds and enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Apartments will be selling for between $4.5 and $25 million.
