spaces that adapt to users’ needs at the flick of a switch.
Canada based Architect Moshe Safdie designed an incredible 38-stories twin skyscraper which will accommodate 574 apartments. The most amazing feature of this building is it’s swimming pool which will simultaneously serve as a bridge between it’s two towers. The design was originally inspired by Safdie’s dwelling complex “Habitat” built in 1967 in Montreal, Canada.
The new complex at Singapore is not the only available “bridge” worldwide, but definitely the most spectacular one! Looking at this unique Sky Habitat construction, one must admit that it is an interesting new perspective on city living through design and form.
Sky Habitat should be completed in 2015.
