A newly-finished commercial building in Munich has achieved the highest ever LEED points score.
To achieve LEED Platinum certification the building must score 80 or higher based on energy efficiency, waste reduction, sustainable site development, and indoor air quality. The Haupt Immobilien commissioned building, NuOffice, scored a record 94.
The building boasts features such as triple-glazed windows, reactive LED lighting, electric vehicle charging facilities and an advanced passive cooling system.
They have also provided NuOffice’s employees with public transport links.
