The new state of the art ICCU at Sunderland Royal Hospital has been shortlisted for the “Best Acute Care Design Award” at this years Building Better Healthcare Awards.

The Best Acute Care Design Award will go to “An outstanding acute hospital scheme that helps to transform clinical services, placing the patient experience and staff support at the heart of the project”.
