TESCO Pharmacy Patient safety, privacy and dignity – at the flick of a switch.

Smartglass recently completed the installation of Privacy Smartglass screens and doors in multiple Tesco UK branches.

Tesco were developing their pharmacy departments to include private consultation rooms for their customers.

Smartglass provided the ideal solution for this project as it grants complete privacy at the flick of a switch.  Having been given a project outline, the technical team at Smartglass International designed a solution to meet and exceed the client requirements and completed each installation within leadtime.

Pharmacy customers are put at ease while discussing the sensitive subject of personal health in a Smartglass room giving a sense of client privacy and dignity while still offering a bright spacious feel.

Smartglass provides the patient with dignity and privacy while allowing pharmacy staff to safely and efficiently review patient wellbeing.  The Smartglass solution offers a sheer, easily cleaned surface to replace traditional blind systems which were difficult to clean and high risk in terms of harboring dirt and bugs.
